Ilana comes from a musical family where she started her own musical journey at the young age of six. She received a B.A in Performing Arts in Classical Violin at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in Israel. During her studies, she received numerous scholarships and took part in important musical projects such as students exchange program in Europe and orchestra projects throughout Israel. Ilana is the former principal violinist in a chamber quintet that performed all around Israel.

As part of her international musical journey she participates in various orchestral, choir and chamber music projects including performances on the television.

Currently based in Los Angeles, she performs as a solo violinist and group instrumentalist in various genres at different kinds of events and ensembles as well as developing individualized teaching methods for her students.

She establishes children’s orchestras and chamber music groups in different schools and conservatories using personalized methods.
